All orders from Trio Beauty™ ship Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Orders over $50 ship free.
Due to impacts from Covid-19 or potential weather events, actual shipping delivery time may vary. All orders will receive a tracking number provided by the carrier upon pickup. Order tracking numbers can be used to follow your package’s shipping journey. If a package has been marked as delivered via the tracking information, but the package not received, please contact USPS.
Trio Beauty™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS tracking states the package was delivered and will not able to issue a refund/reshipment.
COLOR MATCH GUARANTEE
Did you receive a pomade shade that’s not a great match? No worries! With our Color Match Guarantee, we will send you a second color free of charge. You pay shipping and we'll take care of the rest. Just reach out and let us know which color you'd like, and we will email you an invoice for shipping. Our Color Match Guarantee applies to our pomade shades in The Brow Trio kit only.
Returns
UNUSED PRODUCTS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and your products have been unused, you may return them to us for a refund. Please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to provide you with information on how to return. Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.
USED PRODUCTS
Due to the personal care nature of cosmetics, we are not able to accept returns or process refunds on used products.
