Shipping & Returns
All orders from The Brow Trio ship Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. Due to impacts from Covid-19 or potential weather events, actual shipping delivery time may vary. All orders will receive a tracking number provided by the carrier upon pickup. Order tracking numbers can be used to follow your package’s shipping journey. If a package has been marked as delivered via the tracking information, but the package not received, please contact USPS. The Brow Trio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS tracking states the package was delivered and will not able to issue a refund/reshipment.
An incorrect or damaged order will be replaced and reshipped on a case by case basis. If the product has been used we are unable to to accept a return due to the nature of our product and the health and safety of our employees. Returns of unused or unopened products will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. A return will be processed upon the receiving the unused or unopened product and exchanges are contingent on product availability.
